We don’t use any location names in any potentially public access.
ON-LINE

- Each on-line access point requires a password that only a customer and Kids at Play will have in their possession.
- Families will be allowed to forward their access to family members and friends at their own discretion. Passwords can be changed at the request of a client or KAPP.
- Kids at Play will provide access to images for a defined period of time and remove them from access unless otherwise requested.

TECHNOLOGY
We employ the latest security technologies in our processes, web sites, and distribution points.
We engage partners who have the same level of commitment for security and privacy.
We require 24x7 intruder scanning, detection, and boxing of our partners.
We deploy daily scanning of intruders, trojan horses, and viruses in our local technology.
OTHER
We embed each image with digital watermarking which allows for copyright protection, tracks unlicensed usage, and leaves bread crumbs for law enforcement.
We backup precious images to secured, fire and waterproof media safes. |
